Cleveland, OH. - The Black Women Commission of Cuyahoga County and The Women Commission for Education and Training accepted the membership applications from ten interested women. During their Annual Business at the Beach Party, the organization swore in seven of the ten women on Thursday, August 25, 2022. The women come from all walks of life.
They are professional women who are willing to serve their community. As the women become accustomed to the policies of BWCCC and WCET, they will begin to understand advocacy and activism. More so is the concept of sisterhood and how it is essential to know why giving is better than receiving.
Congratulations to our new members.
