July 2019. The ladies of the Black Women Commission is seeking answers regarding the tragedy at Cleveland Metroparks Tinker's Creek in Bedford, Ohio.

Jalen K. Wise suffered and untimely death on July 1, 2017; approximately two years ago. This issue is unresolved. The family believes that Jalen's death is the result of "foul play". The BWCCC along with The Brown Report Newspaper is supporting a full investigation into this case. "Thus far we have gathered information from the City of Bedford, members of the Wise Family, and the Cleveland Metroparks. We are also requesting full reports from Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's office" stated, Kimberly F. Brown. Brown is the publisher of the Brown Report Newspaper.

According to the Cleveland Metroparks representative, Anne Eisenhower, the Cleveland Metroparks Chief Prosecutor dismissed the case following an investigation led by the Metroparks Rangers. "We are not impressed with Eisenhower nor are we in agreement with her decision. We read the reports from the Metroparks. We read the witnesses statements. Because of such, this case should at least have had a preliminary hearing. To add insult to injury, the family told us that Chief Prosecutor Eisenhower did not speak with the family regarding this matter. Eisenhower and the Metroparks Rangers actions appears to be suspect" says, Brown.

What happened to the preliminary hearing?

Why was this case not taken to the grand jury? What was the real reason? We are asking questions that no one wants to answer. The Brown Report made a special visit to the creek.

What happened on July 1, 2017. Read the Brown Report Newspaper for the full story!
