BWCCC Donates $3,000.00 to Young Girl with Heart Transplant

Cleveland, OH. - The Black Women Commission of Cuyahoga County and the Women Commission for Education and Training recently donated $3,000.00 to a young girl and her family who had a heart transplant.

The 5-year-old girl was also the youngest member to be accepted as a member of BWCCC and WCET. She was sworn in on August 25, 2022, during WCET and BWCCC's Annual Business at the Beach Party.

With more than 140 people in attendance, the young girl and her mom took the oath of office to become official members of WCET and BWCCC. The money donated was raised by the organization's members from a Celebrity Car-wash and Waterfall Fashion Show (July 23, 2022).

WCET is a not-for-profit organization. BWCCC is a for-profit organization under the umbrella of Doveside Promotions LLC
