BWCCC will join Conversations and Leadership and Black Empowerment to Curve Carjacking and Sliding

The Black Women Commission of Cuyahoga County, Conversation and Leadership and the Black Empowerment Make a Difference (BE MAD) organization will be hosting three community workshops in three different communities during the month of January 2020; Cleveland WARD ONE, Maple Heights and Garfield Heights. The workshop will focus on "How not to become a victim to carjackers, and sliders". We deserve to be safe; Learn techniques on how to stay safe in your community. Hear from your local law enforcement agents. Attendees will also learn non-aggressive techniques to keep them safe. Plus, every attendee will receive a ten-step pocket safety guide regarding preventative measures and tools. This event is free and open to the public. Registration is required for Maple Heights and Garfield Heights Sessions. Feel free to come to one session, two sessions or all three.
